Who Dunnit !?
Here we are at the start of the Summer!
Vacations abound.
The cost of gas is rising (by the hour!), the airlines are charging more, and charging for baggage (as well as sodas now !?), the dollar is down, and Henny Penny is running around yelling "the sky is falling!"
I don't know about the rest of you but when I get stressed my favorite way to deal with it is UNDER WATER!. everything slows down, I calm down, and focus on the immediate. There's nothing like the sensation of neutral buoyancy!
Who dunnit is not as important at this moment as ,
"How do I afford to go on my annual diving vacation now !?!?"
You guessed it.
I propose the St. Lawrence river.
Fresh water, fantastic wrecks and U/W topography, excellent viz, and best of all right in our back yard. Even if you don't live in the area its less expensive than flying to ,,,,, the Caribbean or Pacific. If you live anywhere on a coast or near a lake I propose enjoying it.
Go ahead, get wet! Get under!
You don't have to travel far, far away to have a vacation. After all "vacation" is only a frame of mind.
Stay tuned for information on dive shops, dive sites, and places to stay - all on video.
So, what do divers need?
Scott
