The story goes that an African land owner down on his luck decided that he'd start working for a local diamond mine to pay the bills.

Now working in a diamond mine is back breaking hard labor - for hours and hours a day.
Its muddy, dusty and bad for your health.

For several months he toiled at the mine believing it was his best opportunity.  After all after a few weeks he had learned the ropes and the money was regular even though he was dead tired and sore every night.

On one glorious Sunday he was walking his property in the hopes of finding a shorter route to the mine when he noticed large soapy crystals in the sand along an old riverbed.  Upon closer inspection he found that they were diamonds!

Laying there on the surface waiting to be picked up,,, and there was another,,, and another!!!

Needless to say the discovery of his own alluvial diamond field changed his life!

Ok, so maybe its a little far fetched but the point I'm trying to make is there are answers to your question of how to generate income without increasing overhead right in front of you by using your existing resources.

You've racked your brain trying to figure out how to increase advertising - but that costs too much.
You are a small store so you're behind the counter,
teaching classes,
doing the books,
doing the inventory - you need help,
but that means hiring someone else.

Imagine how great it would be if you had a way to generate income without having to constantly monitor it
or
pay it
or
listen to it's excuses!

And, yes there are ways to generate income without increasing overhead that work for every kind of business.
